All events with more than 50 participants will require ticketing and pre-registration. Event planners are responsible for all contact tracing considerations and must submit contact tracing plans as part of the space reservation process.
All events, regardless of number of participants, must provide or require proper PPE. What are the cleaning protocols that will be followed?
All events, regardless of number of participants, must provide a plan for enforcement – maintaining physical distance, mandatory face coverings and all Flashes Safe Seven requirements.
You must submit this checklist with complete information at least two weeks before your event/activity
