Why hasn't my event appeared on the calendar?
Before an event appears on the calendar, it must be approved by University Communications and Marketing for content, spelling, grammar and AP style. You should submit an event at least a week before you want it to appear on the calendar to ensure that UCM has plenty of time to review your event.
Why was my event rejected?
There are several reasons why an event could have been rejected. The most common reasons a submission will be rejected:
- The submission isn't an event (no definitive time and place that people can attend)
- No location is attached to the event
- The event is not university related
