I am a proud Kent State University graduate and my career experience includes community mental health, private practice and higher education. In recent years my work has focused on medicine and pharmacy students providing counseling, resiliency training and mindfulness education.
I believe in a holistic approach to wellness and believe that we all have untapped potential. Life is a journey and I want nothing more than to walk with you through the exploration and discovery.
