The RecWell+ Staff Incentive Program is RecWell's way of giving back to our staff and rewarding them for the work that they do, especially in those instances where the staff goes above and beyond.
Program Objectives:

Be a FUN point-based system that will help recognize positive performance.

Provide additional incentive to RecWell employees.

Reward staff for performing the expectations of their positions.

Encourage staff to maintain a consistent level of work throughout the entire year; perform at their best.

Motivate staff to go "above and beyond" the expectations of the position.
Work areas are encouraged to promote friendly competition between coworkers. Points will reset at the end of the 2023 – 2024 academic year and do not carry over into the next year.
