Biography
Position:
As Graduate Assistant, I assist in the planning and management of the TRIO Upward Bound Math-Science and Health Professions programs and initiatives for college-bound high school students in Barberton, Canton, McKinley, Ravenna, Windham, and Lorain.
Experience :
Before returning to the TRIO Upward Bound Programs, I served as a Spanish Instructor for the TRIO Upward Bound Classic Academy at Kent State University during the Summer of 2017. This experience kindled my passion to serve as a Spanish and French high school teacher while working as a Spanish translator in a nonprofit mental health agency to help provide a comprehensive range of community-based and family-focused services for children and families.
