I have been an RN for over 30 years and have taught at Kent State University College of Nursing since 2006. My specialties are geriatrics, chronic illness, and disability/rehabilitation. I am also a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) through the National League for Nursing (NLN) and was accepted into the Faculty Scholars Program at Kent State to develop a project related to teaching in higher education.
Tina Saunders has been a faculty member of the College of Nursing Kent State University since 2006. She teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in the RN-BSN program and Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nurse Educator MSN program concentrations. She has served on several committees, task forces, and in leadership positions within the College of Nursing (both past and present).
