Dr. Bao Feng's Cooking Demonstration-Spring Rolls

Members of the Employee Moral Committee at Kent State University at Tuscarawas arranged a cooking demonstration by Bao Feng, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Kent State Tuscarawas. He specializes in making these spring rolls for campus events and was willing to share his expertise with employees. All who attended enjoyed the event. Attendees practiced making the spring rolls and, of course, ate them as well. Some did not look as "perfect" as Dr. Feng's, but attendees learned that practice makes perfect. Thanks to Dr. Feng for his patience and directions with this wonderful opportunity!
