Jumpstart Your 2016 With These Wellness Initiatives

The new year always brings new resolutions, such as improved health and fitness. Studies show that regular exercise and dealing with stressors in our lives helps to reduce the risk of cancer, increases longevity, supports weight management, enhances mood, lowers blood pressure and even improves the effects of arthritis and other chronic conditions. To that end, the Division of Human Resources and its wellness partners offer a host of wellness initiatives, such as Weight Watchers at Work, yoga, stress management workshops and more. Programs are specifically designed to help improve your physical, mental and emotional well-being. We have highlighted some of our upcoming programs below. For a full list, please visit the OneWellU wellness calendar.
