WORKED AT KENT STATE SINCE:
EMPLOYMENT PRIOR TO KENT STATE UNIVERSITY:
Worked as a TV news anchor/correspondent/producer, both in the United States and in India.
LIKES MOST ABOUT KENT STATE UNIVERSITY:
It’s my home away from home. I love the feeling of knowing a lot of people on campus, while still being in a large institution. It’s a perfect size. I also love the work I do and the people I work with!
ATTRACTION TO KENT STATE UNIVERSITY AS AN EMPLOYER:
Kent State has been a second home to me since 2005 when I came from India as an undergraduate student. It is a very diverse institution with a focus on global competitiveness and internationalization. That, in addition to its endeavor to always put students first, is what attracted me to Kent State University.
Master of Education in higher education administration (candidate/December 2016), Master of Arts in reporting and editing with a concentration in media convergence and a Bachelor of Science in broadcast journalism, all from Kent State University.
Singing, playing the guitar, playing the piano, reading, watching movies, hanging out with friends, trying different cuisine and traveling the world.
