What is the deadline to spend all remaining funds in my Flexible Spending Account?
The IRS requires that any unused amount remaining in your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) at the end of the reimbursement period (Jan. 1, 2015, through March 15, 2016) be forfeited. This is known as the IRS “use it or lose it” rule.
