Congratulations to Nicholas Tietz for winning this year's ACESS STEM Scholarship.  The scholarship is awarded annually to a Kent State University student by the Akron Council of Engineering and Scientific Societies.  The scholarship winner is "chosen based on GPA, field experience in the discipline, science fair participation, extracurricular activities, participation in student chapters of technical societies, career objectives, and financial need."  The scholarship will be awarded at the ACESS Honors and Awards Banquet in early November.
