Douglas Nelson

Mr. Nelson is Of Counsel at Dubyak Connick Thompson & Bloom in Cleveland, Ohio.  Prior to joining his current firm, Mr. Nelson was General Counsel and Director of Leasing for RMS Investment Corporation, a regional real estate management company and the family office for the founding families of Forest City Enterprises.  His practice area includes Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, and Tax, General Business and Corporate matters working on a  wide range of business, litigation and estate planning matters.  Mr. Nelson has been an adjunct professor at Kent State University since 2003, teaching courses in Estate and Probate Administration, Civil Law and Procedure and Legal Ethics & Professional Responsibility for the Program. He completed his degree at New York University.
