Kent International Leaders Network

KILN strives to help international students adjust and thrive in life in America by

  1. Building a community of people that welcomes anyone, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, and/or ability.
  2. Having regular events for people to learn about the culture in America while also learning about how it compares with other cultures.
  3. Participating in recreational activities that include but are not limited to a yearly camping trip, dinners, dance parties, and holiday celebrations.
  4. Helping with needs that international students have that include but are not limited to finding housing, completing taxes, and obtaining transportation.
  5. Creating an atmosphere to explore and learn about world religions in a space where everyone’s beliefs are respected.
