The Office of the Faculty Ombudsperson provides a no barrier, private, and informal setting that supports Kent State faculty in navigating workplace issues. The Faculty Ombuds acts as a sounding board and source of information and referrals. The Ombuds serves all faculty on all campuses and is committed to treating all visitors with respect and compassion.
