ADVISORY: Board of Trustees Meeting, May 26

The Kent State University Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting Wednesday, May 26. The meeting will be held at Kent State University at Ashtabula. The campus is located at 3300 Lake Road West in Ashtabula.

The Board will convene at 1:30 p.m. in the Blue and Gold Room in the Main Hall. Board committees will meet as follows:
• Academic Excellence and Student Success Committee – 10:15-11:45 a.m. in the Blue and Gold Room in the Main Hall
• Finance and Administration and Audit committees – 9:45-11:45 a.m. in the Lake Room in the Main Hall

Trustees are expected to retire into executive session at about 8 a.m. to consider specific topics as provided for under Ohio's "Sunshine Law."

Kent State President Lester A. Lefton and Board Chair Patrick Mullin will be available to answer media questions immediately after the meeting.
