When is Homecoming 2022?
Saturday, Oct. 1, but there are events happening throughout the week. Check the listing of events here.
Where can I park on campus?
All campus parking is free, but it’s first come, first served. Large lots can be found at the Center for Performing Arts, Kent Student Center, Schwartz Center and Dix Stadium. Please allow for extra time to find parking.
Where can I watch the parade?
The best place to view the parade is on Main Street by the Rock on Front Campus. Kent State will have bleachers for alumni to sit and watch the parade by the Rock. The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. Those not able to return to campus for Homecoming can watch the parade livestream online beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Are there tickets for Homecoming?
Homecoming is free to attend, but some events do have a registration fee and/or require an RSVP. Please make sure to read each event carefully to see if there is a registration fee to attend.
How can I purchase tickets for the football game?

How can I tour campus?
After the parade, meet our Student Ambassadors near the Rock for a 45-minute guided walking tour around campus. You may also choose to tour our beautiful campus at your own pace by downloading the self-guided campus tour app.
Are there shuttle services?
Alumni and guests may hop on and off any campus bus for free throughout the weekend. The Stadium Loop route, available on Saturdays, travels throughout campus, downtown Kent and to Dix Stadium.
What should I wear for Homecoming weekend?
Wear your Kent State blue and gold gear. Homecoming is hosted rain or shine so make sure you dress for the weather. Official #KentHC shirts are on sale at the bookstore in the Kent Student Center.
What is there to do before the football game?
There are many exciting events happening before the game including the Flash Nation Tailgate.
