LISA DANNEMILLER, M.D.

Dr. Lisa Dannemiller, Chief University Physician, is a board certified internist who has been practicing medicine in local communities and hospitals since 1995.  She joined DeWeese Health Center in 2012.  Dr. Dannemiller received her B.S. Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University.  She is a licensed pharmacist.  She also received her medical degree from The Ohio State University.  Her internal medicine residency was completed at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  Besides providing medical care to the Kent State Community, Dr. Dannemiller enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with family, friends and her Golden Retriever.

Part Time Physician

Stephen Bodjanac, DO

Dr. Stephen Bodjanac is a family medicine doctor.  He received his medical degree from College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Jennifer D'Abreau, DO

Dr. Jennifer D'Abreau is a family medicine doctor.  She received her medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.  

Christina Maier, DO

Dr. Christina Maier is an emergency medicine physician.  She received her medical degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

 


HOLLY ALLISON, MSN, ANP-BC

Holly Allison, Assistant Director of Clinical Services, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who joined DeWeese Health Center in July 2013. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kent State University and Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. She is certified as both an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.


James Crowley MSN, FNP-BC

James joined DeWeese Health Center in 2017 after working in the Emergency Department and Retail Health for several years. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University. He enjoys biking on the Ohio Towpath, gardening, and attending Cleveland sporting events.


Lori Kreitzburg, MSN, APRN-CNP

Lori joined DeWeese Health Center in 2022 after practicing for over 6 years in primary care at University Hospitals. She is a Board Certified Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Lori is also a certified diabetic educator (CDE). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2000) and Master of Science in Nursing (2015) degrees from Kent State University. Lori’s hobbies include hiking, snow skiing, and traveling with her husband and sons.


Michelle Tibbetts, MSN, FNP-BC

Michelle joined DeWeese Health Center in 2017 after serving over 21 years in the United States Air Force. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Colorado and her Masters in Science of Nursing from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.


Women's Health Services

Kim Jarvie, MSN, CNP

Kim is a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Women's Health and Family Practice. She has been working in the Women's Clinic at DeWeese Health Center since 2007. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walsh University, Kim received her Master of Science in Nursing from Kent State University. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family.


Pharmacy


Susan Bereck, RPh

Susan is the pharmacist.  Sue joined DeWeese Health Center in 2015. She is a pharmacist that has worked in the retail sector in the Cleveland area for several years. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and is certified to give immunizations and to provide MTM services in the State of Ohio. She enjoys cycling, traveling and spending time with family and friends.


Radiology

Heather Ribelin, R.T.(R)

Heather Ribelin, a registered radiologic technologist, started at DeWeese Health Center in November of 2017. Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University and later her Associates of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology from KSU-Salem. She has been an x-ray technologist since 2005, working in a hospital setting previously. She has two daughters and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.


Nursing Services

Shelly Verba, BSN, RN Case Manager

Shelly Verba, Safety Manager and a graduate of the KSU College of Nursing, joined the DeWeese Health Center staff in 1996. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her grandchildren.
