Beverly Warren, Ph.D., will remain president of Kent State University through at least 2020. On May 11, the Kent State University Board of Trustees voted to extend Warren’s employment agreement through June 30, 2020.
Ohio Gov. John Kasich has appointed a new trustee to the Kent State University Board of Trustees. Kasich named Shawn M. Riley of Gates Mills, Ohio, to a nine-year term as a trustee.
Following a national search, Kent State University has selected Shay Davis Little, Ph.D., to serve as vice president for student affairs. Little has served as interim vice president for student affairs since Aug. 1, 2015.
