Christopher Vogliano, BS ’10, MS ’12 (above), Seattle, Wash., wrote: “I am going back to school to pursue a PhD in public health and sustainable food systems after being in the workforce for nearly five years. This time however, I’m attending school far away from Kent, Ohio, in Wellington, New Zealand. I will be focusing on creating more sustainable and resilient food systems for Pacific Island populations. I truly feel my graduate work at Kent State University has prepared me for what’s to come, and I could not be more grateful!”
