Congress passes resolution in 2010

By a vote of 413-0, the House of Representatives unanimously passed a resolution commemorating the 40th anniversary of the May 4, 1970, shootings at Kent State University. Rep. Tim Ryan, who serves the 17th District of Ohio, introduced the resolution on May 5, 2010. His district includes Kent, Ohio.
