Students taking less than five (5) credit hours on the Kent Campus are not paying the full membership fee as part of their General Fee. Therefore, access is not granted automatically, and a membership must be purchased to cover the remaining fee.
Individuals in this category include:
- Kent Campus students taking less than five (5) credit hours
- Dissertation II students
- Thesis II students taking less than seven (7) credit hours *
- Part-time faculty/staff taking less than five (5) credits (Full-time faculty/staff are provided a General Fee waiver, so they must pay for their membership)
