Recreating outdoors supports wellness in the mind, body, and community.  Join us on an outdoor adventure for a safe and fun boost to your well-being.

Group X classes are instructor-led group workouts designed to help participants reach their fitness goals. These classes cater to any fitness level and are offered in a variety of different formats to meet everyone’s needs.

Club Sports are student organizations formed and led by students with a common interest and desire to participate in a specific sport. While each sport is different, most teams practice multiple nights a week and compete against Club teams from other institutions! Club Sports are the perfect middle ground for students who want a fun recreational experience like Intramural Sports, but with more structure and competition like Varsity sports – without it being a huge time commitment!
