Taking photos or videos (cameras, video cameras, and cell phones) inside the SRWC is strictly prohibited without prior approval. Departments or students wishing to take photographs or record video footage in the SRWC must adhere to the following procedures:

  1. Submit a Request Form
    Photography and Videography Project Request Form
  2. Review and Approval
    • The Senior Assistant Director of Guest Services and Marketing will review the request and may reach out for additional details.
  3. Booking Confirmation
    • If approved, the Senior Assistant Director of Guest Services and Marketing will record the booking in Fusion, including all relevant details.
  4. Check-In at the Welcome Desk
    • Upon arrival, the project contact must:
      • Sign in on the Photo/Video Project Sheet
      • Receive a credential for identification
      • Obtain a Photography/Videography A-frame sign
  5. During the Shoot
    • The project contact must:
      • Wear the credential at all times unless otherwise approved for creative reasons.
      • Place the A-frame sign in the filming location.
      • Notify patrons in the area and ensure that individuals appearing in the footage have provided consent. Patrons who do not wish to be included should be excluded from the footage.
  6. Post-Shoot Check-Out
    • After completing the shoot, the project contact must:
      • Return the credential and A-frame sign to the Welcome Desk.
      • Sign out on the Photo/Video Project Sheet.

Failure to follow these procedures may result in the cancellation of future filming privileges within the SRWC.
