- Only Authorized pickup people may check out a camper, and they must show a valid photo ID. Please contact the camp director to add an authorized pickup person to the list.
- Campers can be picked within one of our designated timeslots:
- Early pick up: 3:45 – 4 p.m.
- Mid pick up: 4 – 4:15 p.m.
- Late pick up 4:15 – 4:30 p.m.
- After Care pick up 4:30 – 6 p.m. (Available for $40 per week)
- During ideal weather conditions, campers can be picked up outside the front entrance of the SRWC.
- Authorized pickups are encouraged to remain in their car, and pull up to the circular drive in front of the building, where our staff will check out, and escort your camper to the vehicle. (See image below).
- In poor weather conditions, campers will remain inside for pick up, and the authorized pickup person will need to enter the building to check out their camper.
