Frank Migliozzi, RS, MPH

Frank Migliozzi is the health commissioner for the Trumbull County Combined Health District. Before assuming this position, he served as the health district’s director of environmental from 2001 through 2015. He also was an adjunct professor for Kent State University’s College of Public Health. Migliozzi has a Bachelor of Science in environmental health studies from Youngstown State University. He obtained his Master of Public Health from Kent State University in 2014. Migliozzi is a registered environmental health specialist certified through the Ohio Department of Health and the National Environmental Health Association.
