- Flexible membership terms: Month, semester, annual, monthly (auto-debit, payroll deduction) which requires a minimum of a 1-year commitment and continues indefinitely until you notify Recreational Services in writing of your request to cancel.
- Flexible payment options: Paid in full, monthly auto-debit, payroll deduction (member must be paid over a 12-month period to be eligible for payroll deduction).
- Discounted Group X membership: Refer to the Group X Membership for specific pricing for faculty/staff and faculty/staff companions and dependents.
- KSU Rec-Well app: Key features include member ID barcode scanning for entry rather than bringing membership ID card, facility schedules and hours, push notifications, program registrations and facility bookings.
- Wellness benefit: Faculty and staff membership fees are discounted to include the wellness benefit paid by the full-time employee's department.
- 10% Discounts: Members with the following categories are eligible to receive a 10% discount on any membership, locker rental, or towel service purchase.

- Police/Fire/EMT
- Charter Members
- Member pricing on program registrations and facility rentals.
- Priority facility bookings for the lap pool, racquetball courts and multi-purpose gym.
- Additional Member Services
- Guest passes: 1 free guest pass per semester and discounted pricing on paid guest passes.
- Punch passes: Discounted pricing on paid punch passes for guests.
- Locker rentals: Rental lockers (including ADA accessible) are available and also includes complimentary towel service for the duration of the rental.
- Towel service: Members who have paid for the towel service, or have towel service included as part of their locker rental, may receive up to two bath towels and one personal towel per visit.
- Equipment issue: Recreational equipment is available to borrow at the Equipment Issue desk located on the lower floor. Any member may borrow equipment by presenting their membership card.
- Parking permit: Faculty and staff companion and dependent members can purchase a parking permit at the SRWC Pro Shop. Faculty and staff members are not eligible to purchase a parking permit from the SRWC Pro Shop.
- Membership freeze option: Members can request a freeze on their membership because of extended travel or medical conditions.
