For all SilverSneakers and Renew Active members.

• Pickup a VIP Rewards card at the Member Services Desk at the SRWC.
• Have the Recreation and Wellness Services staff punch your card each time you come into the SRWC . Limit to 1 punch per day.
• When your card is full, write your name, phone number and email on the back AND drop it into this box to be entered to win a $25 credit on your account.
• There will be ONE winner each month drawn from the box.
• Winner’s card must have participant’s name on it AND 10 punches to win.
• There is no limit to participation entry. 
• Winners only eligible to win once per calendar year.
