Noted graphic designer and Visual Communication Design alum Paul Sahre, B.F.A. '87, M.F.A. '90, was recently recognized for his work in the New York Times article "The Best Book Covers of 2023." Sahre's cover of "The Employees" by the Danish poet and novelist Olga Ravn was described by The Book Review's art director as designed with "perverse joy" and "venom and spite," capturing the angst of office culture on board an intergalactic spaceship.
