Information submitted will be considered for publication in Kent State Magazine and other Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement communications.
For “In Memory” listings, please fill out your personal contact information, and select "In Memory of (to recognize/honor alumni who have passed)" in the "Class Note Category" to be directed to the In Memory submission section of the form.
The Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement also accepts nominations each year for the annual Alumni Awards. To nominate a fellow Golden Flash or to apply for an award, visit the Alumni Awards page at the link below.
