Data Sharing

  • Nonhuman primate tissue is a valuable resource and the Raghanti laboratory is committed to resource sharing. We've processed brains from a large number of primate species and store unused sections in freezer storage solution at -20 C. In addition, we have a series of Nissl-stained sections (every tenth section) for all processed brains in addition to myelin-stained and immunostained sections. Please contact Dr. Raghanti (mraghant@kent.edu) to check on availability if you have a research project that would benefit from these resources.
  • The Raghanti laboratory is partnered with the National Chimpanzee Brain Resource (www.chimpanzeebrain.org/data-repository) for data sharing. Data files are uploaded after publication.
