About

The COF Environmental Studies program aims to provide its students with the necessary skill set for their profession by engaging in co-op/internships and experiential learning opportunities to become impactful stewards of the environment.

In this new program, thus far opportunities for students have included Geauga Parks; Kent State Office of Sustainability; Ohio Department of Natural Resources; Medina County Parks; Cleveland Metro Parks; Cuyahoga Valley National Park; Summit Metro Parks; American Conservation; Lake Tahoe, Ready, Set, Grow Garden Club; Ohio Ocean Foundation; Camp Fitch, YMCA Camp Tippecanoe; FEDEX Sustainability Office; Kent State Plant Ecology Lab, and the Vancouver Sustainability Company.
