How does my department request to have a Xerox printer moved to another location?

The process for relocating a ComDoc Xerox printer begins with the COPI committee. Please email COPI and request a relocation form. From there, COPI will work with your local IT support person and ComDoc to determine next steps.

Local support will input a ticket with IT to ensure infrastructure is in place to support the device, as well as updating device drivers for use on departmental computers. Then a change of index form should be completed if the move involves a new index.
