Flashes Safe Seven Accountability

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented numerous challenges, and we have met each one head-on while planning for future hurdles. Keeping Kent State University safe and healthy will take a cooperative effort from all of us.

Flashes Safe Seven

Thank you to those who have already made a faithful habit of following the Flashes Safe Seven and practicing the kind of behavior that will ensure that we all get to remain on campuses for the entire semester. To practice, support and sustain accountability, please refer to the following policies, requirements and reporting information below.

Reporting

We are here to help make your Kent State experience better, despite these uncertain times. How can we help? Share your ideas and concerns. Responses will be reviewed and shared with the appropriate internal departments. Although not all responses may require a follow-up, if yours does, someone will reach out to you via the email address provided in the form. In all cases, your feedback is valuable – and it will help make us aware of trends that can inform decisions to help further protect the university community.

accountability

Failure to conform to the Flashes Safe Seven principles may be considered a violation under the Code of Student Conduct which addresses prohibited conduct. If you or another student is found responsible for a violation of prohibited conduct, sanctions may include warning, probation, disciplinary suspension, disciplinary dismissal and other educational or corrective measures, as deemed appropriate.
