- Call DeWeese before arriving so staff can guide you safely.
- Follow isolation instructions from public health officials.
If You Were Exposed
- Contact DeWeese for next steps.
- Public health may recommend monitoring and/or exclusions for people without evidence of immunity.
- Check your Kent State email and official announcements for any situation-specific instructions.
Housing and Roommates
If you live in university housing and are sick or exposed, contact and follow DeWeese guidance, as well as any instructions provided by your housing staff.
Classes and Academic Support
If you need to miss class due to illness or public health instructions, communicate with your instructors as soon as possible and follow any public health official or university guidance issued for the situation.
