Complete the TEACH (Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education) Grant request form below to have your eligibility reviewed by a financial aid counselor. If eligible, the TEACH Grant will be offered and will need to be accepted on your FlashLine account.

By completing the request form, you are certifying that you have completed your initial and subsequent TEACH Counseling requirement for this academic year, and that you intend on teaching in a low-income school district within a high need field for four years after graduation (within the 8 years allotted).

You will need to maintain a cumulative 3.25 GPA or qualifying test score (ACT or SAT) above the 75th percentile each semester.
