How can I change my security questions?
The first time you access your FlashLine account, you will be prompted to:
• Provide an alternate email address
• Answer your security questions
• Change your password from the default
If you ever forget your password, you will be able to log in and reset your password if you are able to answer your security questions.
If you have already set up your account and wish to change the security questions that you initially chose:
Step 1. Log into FlashLine at http://www.kent.edu.
Please type in the search box: Account Profile (if not found move to Step 2)
Step 2. Click on profile photo to edit account profile
Step 3. Under Profile Click on “Manage Security Questions & Answers”. The next page will give you option to Change your security questions.
Step 4: Click Submit.
NOTE: If you cannot remember the answers to your security questions, you must request a password reset by coming in-person to the Library Walk-up Helpdesk (1st floor library) on the Kent Campus or the assigned area for your campus. You may also get assistance by calling the Helpdesk at 330-672-4357.
