Priorities

What Lies Ahead is Up to Us

Our purpose is to help students find theirs. No matter who they are or where they want to go, it’s up to us to open doors of opportunity. Through scholarship support, top-tier faculty and facilities, global education and high-impact experiences, our Golden Flashes will light up the future.

Prioritizing Student Success

Raising funds to align with scholarship needs is our first priority at Kent State, and ensures that we support our students from the day they receive their letter of acceptance to the day they receive their degree.

Expanding University Initiatives

Athletics successes and collaborative additions to the university —like the Brain Health Research Institute and Design Innovation Initiative—have elevated our reputation and cemented our place on the world stage.

Building the Future - Campus Improvements

Our physical spaces must reflect the innovative thinking, learning and creating that is happening inside. Imagine what we can accomplish if we give our minds room to grow in modern learning environments.
