Transforming Global Education

Renaissance Scholars Society

Kent State University has a longstanding tradition of excellence in global education. As we celebrate 50 years of study abroad at our flagship program in Florence, Italy, we have set our sights on building the largest endowment in university history, the Kent State Global Education Endowment. This endowment will support study abroad experiences and open doors for more Kent State students than ever before. And once it is fully funded, every incoming undergraduate student will have access to a study abroad scholarship.

Initial donors to the Global Education Endowment will be welcomed into the Renaissance Scholars Society. They will receive exclusive travel and study abroad opportunities, starting with this once-in-a-lifetime event in Florence in October of 2023.
