Who Is Eligible for "Know Your Numbers" Health Screenings?

The “Know Your Numbers” health screenings are for full-time, benefits eligible employees only as part of the employee wellness and incentive program. Screenings will apply to their Tier 1 incentive for 2021. Make an appointment for your health screening by logging into the Be Well portal. Who Is Eligible for Flu Vaccines and How Do I Make an Appointment?

The flu vaccine clinics are open to all Kent State students, faculty, staff and dependents (18+). Employees enrolled in the university-sponsored group health plan through Medical Mutual are eligible for a free flu vaccine. You must bring your insurance ID card with you to the clinic. If you are not covered by Medical Mutual, you can still participate for $30 (check payable to Be Well Solutions).
