The proposed 2026 cohort semester rate for a double standard room is: $4,345* each semester. This rate also applies to non-cohort students for the 2026-2027 academic year.

*This is the proposed rate and subject to approval by the Board of Trustees. If approved, the rate will apply to the 2026 cohort students (and non-cohort for housing rate) for the academic year 2026-2027. The amount shown here is the semester amount for either Fall or Spring. New cohort rates are established each academic year.
