If you will be taking summer 2025 courses at another college or university and would like to use financial aid, you must complete the consortium agreement process.  You will be responsible for paying your tuition and fees and meeting payment deadlines at the visited institution. The Ad Hoc Consortium Agreement Form will be available mid-spring.

Non-Kent State students please note: Kent State will not award aid to non-Kent State students, you may be eligible to use your aid from your home university if they offer a consortium agreement. Check with your home financial aid office about financial aid consortium agreement form availability.
