What happens if my student account balance changes? Does my payment plan balance automatically change?
No, you or your authorized user will need to update your payment plan amount to reflect the change.
To update your payment plan to include your new balance:
- Sign in to your Payment Plan.
- Select Payment Plan Total.
- In the right-hand menu, select Edit Amount.
NOTE: If you have Autopay enabled, you must turn it off before making any adjustments. Once the changes are complete, you can turn Autopay back on.
- Type in the new total (current payment plan amount + additional balance) in Remaining Plan Amount.
- Select Update Plan.
