Aqua Deep

Aqua Shallow

Barre Fusion (New!)

Meet your new favorite full-body burn! Barre Fusion blends the best of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and strength training into one low-impact, high-reward workout. Using light weights, bodyweight resistance, and small, controlled movements, you’ll target muscles you didn’t even know you had (hello, glutes and core!). Chair Yoga

Stretch, breathe, and relax—all without leaving your seat! Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice that brings the benefits of yoga to everyone, no matter your mobility or experience level. Bend ‘N Barre

Hip Hop Spin

Start your morning with a beat drop and a sweat fest! This 60-minute indoor cycling party is packed with heavy bass, smooth grooves, and high-energy intervals—all set to your favorite hip hop tracks. We’ll ride to the rhythm with sprints, climbs, and choreography that’ll leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and seriously hyped. Flow for ALL: Multilevel Yoga (New!)

Whether you're a first-time yogi or a seasoned stretcher, this class has a mat with your name on it! Flow for All is a multilevel yoga experience that meets you where you are and helps you go where you want to be. Glow Spin

Glow Spin '45

Lights down, music up - let's ride!  Glow Spin '45 is a 45-minute indoor cycling experience where high-energy beats, blacklights, and glowing vibes power your pedal strokes.  Get ready for a heart-pounding mix of hills, sprints, and rhythm-based rides that leave you sweaty, smiling, and totally lit (literally).  Whether you're chasing speed or just here for the party, Glow Spin '45 is your ride to shine!

Pilates: Mat

It’s you, the mat, and a little Pilates magic.  This class takes classic Mat Pilates to the next level with small but mighty equipment like resistance bands, stability balls, and Pilates rings.  Expect a fun, focused workout that fires up your core, tones your muscles, and improves posture and flexibility—all while staying low-impact and beginner-friendly.  Each prop adds a fresh twist to traditional moves, helping you connect deeper, stretch further, and shake (in the best way). Pilates: Power

Pilates: Sculpt

This isn’t your average core class—Pilates Sculpt is here to fire up your muscles and leave you feeling strong, centered, and seriously sculpted. Power Yoga

Strength for EveryBODY - The Upper Level

Every body is different—and that’s your superpower. This strength-focused class is all about building confidence and muscle from the waist up, while helping you discover how to move in a way that works best for you.
