Strategic Planning

The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) provides leadership and support for university strategic plan development, implementation and coordination.  OSM provides resources and training to foster a strategic focus and culture of strategic thinking. 

OSM works with various stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment with university priorities and goals by:

• Providing a centralized team trained in strategy management to support strategic planning.
• Providing frameworks and processes for strategic plan development and implementation.
• Providing organizational analysis and operational planning to identify resource availability, implementation feasibility and risk assessment. for university initiatives.
• Coordinating cross-unit initiatives and planning efforts to align strategic priorities.
