Job Description: Assist in the daily operations of the ice arena by supervising student staff, supporting facility programs and special events, and ensuring the facility is safe, organized, and prepared for participants and guests. Contribute to staff hiring, training, scheduling, and administrative operations while maintaining high standards of customer service, risk management, and facility readiness. Collaborate with professional staff to create a welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience and supports the successful operation of the facility.
