PEAK Registration

1. Visit the SRWC Pro Shop to register!

• Complete and submit the Camper Enrollment Form
• Pay a $50 deposit per child per week to reserve your child's spot

2. Complete all Form

• Camp Enrollment Form (PDF)
• Health History Form (PDF)
• Hold Harmless & Permission Form (PDF)
• Lunch Menu (PDF)

It is requested that ALL signed forms are turned in at the time of registration, but are due by the Wednesday prior to your child's first session of camp.

3. Pay remaining balances for each upcoming session by the Wednesday prior to the session.
