Greg Bailey

I am responsible for the development, organization, administration and evaluation of the intramural sports, club sports and community leagues programs at Kent State University which includes oversight of one full-time staff member, approximately 25 student employees, 40+ club managers and numerous contracted officials and assigners for the various community leagues that we offer. The job responsibilities also include facility management, human resource management, fiscal accountability and responsibility, strategic planning, collaborations with various departments and individuals on and off campus, evaluation and assessment of programs and staff members, and being a mentor/advisor to all the club managers and student employees for Recreational Services.
