Each session of small group personal training will focus on a specific topic. Body Weight Training (A1) is the perfect blend of cardio, strength and core utilizing the participant's own body weight for resistance. TRX (B1) will help develop core strength, and build flexibility. Kettlebell (C1) is a high-intensity, ballistic workout designed to push the participant toward their fitness goals. Each session is limited to 10 participants to ensure a personalized experience.
