Journey into Yoga (261010)

A brief intensive, educational program for a relatively small group of people that focuses especially on techniques and skills in a particular field.

Dive into your yoga practice in this monthly workshop where we will travel Patanjali's 8-limbed path; 8 aspects of yoga to serve as a guide for a balanced, healthy and meaningful life. Each class features a brief discussion of two of the limbs, a physical (asana) practice, breathing, guided meditation and relaxation.
