The Honors College encourages and values active involvement from our graduates. With more than 6,300 alumni, our alumni are active leaders in a variety of professional careers.

The Honors College experience does not end with graduation. Students form relationships with peers, faculty, and staff that last long after they have earned an undergraduate degree.

When you graduate from the Honors College, you join a network of more than 6,500 alumni around the world. Alumni and college news is shared via our semi-annual alumni newsletter, and we encourage alumni to submit their successes for publication!

Some of our alumni are actively involved in the Honors College Advisory Board, which includes a dedicated group of Kent State Honors College graduates who have been successful in a variety of professional careers.

Recognizing Alumni Achievements

Our Distinguished Honors Alumni Award recognizes an outstanding alumna or alumnus each year. We encourage nominations for this award which is presented to the recipient in the spring at the Senior Honors Luncheon.
